Tenants: We have sold all of our Year-Round contracts for
Women. If you would like to be put on a waiting list, please
contact the office and we would be happy to add you to our list of
hopeful Park Place Tenants.
We still have 2
Year-Round spots left for Men starting in either April 2012 or
August 2012.
We are now offering
Spring/Summer 2012 contracts at $115/month (Both Men and
Women)
New Tenants: Your security deposit of $200 is
due immediately after signing the contract. Please pay it either online or
in the office.
If you are a Current Tenant at Park Place and would
like to resign, please sign either an August to August contract or
April to April contract:
